No Night Shift
1:00 PM to 10:15 PM, Mon-Fri. Short Sat. Sunday off. Sleep at night, see your family.

Paid From Day One
Your 7 days of training are paid at full salary. Not a stipend, not a trial.
No Experience Needed
Most team members started as freshers. Intermediate education is our only requirement.

Not once a year. Every month. Plus Eid holidays and 10th Muharram off.
What you will earn
Base Salary
Per month, depending on experience and interview.
Commission
Uncapped. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
Detailed Earning Pathways:
- ✓Where people land: Agents performing consistently earn above Rs 90,000 per month. Strongest performers cross Rs 160,000.
- ✓Monthly rewards: Separate from commissions, targets carry reward brackets from Rs 100,000 to Rs 300,000, set at a level a diligent member can reach.
- ✓Salary date: Paid on the 7th of every month. On time. Always.
- ✓No fees ever: We never ask for deposit, training fee, or registration fee. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it is a scam.
What the job actually is
You will handle inbound enquiries from customers who have already contacted us. This is not cold calling — you are speaking with people who want to hear from you.
Your day involves:
- Speaking with customers on the phone in clear, confident English
- Understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right service
- Closing sales through honest, consultative conversation
- Collecting & recording customer documentation accurately
What we need from you: Clear spoken English, the motivation to actually improve, and care about doing the work properly.
What we do NOT need: A foreign accent. We do not care how you sound, we care whether the customer understands you and trusts you.
Targets that start where you are
We know a fresher cannot perform like a two-year veteran in week one, so we do not pretend otherwise.
New agents start on deliberately low targets. As your skills develop, your targets grow with you — at a pace matched to what you are actually capable of. Nobody is thrown onto a senior target on day one and set up to fail. Your team lead works with you through this.
