Monthly Target Achievement Trips
When the team achieves its main monthly objectives, we travel together. We have taken our team to Mushkpuri Top in Nathia Gali and Mobali Island in Taxila.

No one is given difficult senior targets in their first week. Your team lead will help you build your skills step-by-step.
Our Shift Schedule
Support for Female Team Members
We encourage female candidates to apply. Here is how we support you:
- Your shift ends at 9:30 PM. This is earlier than the male shift and much earlier than typical night-shift call centers.
- We include a separate Asr prayer break in the daily schedule.
- One of our Team Leads is a woman who was promoted from a trainee role in ten months.
Please note that we do not currently provide company transport or separate female facilities. We share this openly so you know what to expect. We plan to add these services as our company grows.
