Effective Date: July 31, 2026. Data handling policy for candidates applying to Quick Escapes.

1. WhatsApp Data Collection

We collect information that you submit directly to our recruitment team during automated or manual screening conversations on WhatsApp. This may include your full name, contact number, educational qualifications, residential area in Faisalabad, and your CV/audio notes.

2. 12-Month Data Retention

We store your application details for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of submission to process active and future hiring opportunities. After 12 months, your chat screening information and documents are permanently deleted from our records.

3. Deletion Requests

You have full rights to request immediate deletion of your candidate files at any point. To do so, please email us directly at careers@quickescapesglobal.com, and our team will remove your records within 48 hours.
